1.)The Customer must return the item at his/her own expense. Original shipping materials
are preferred, as the Customer is responsible for any damage the item incurs during return
shipping.
Item MUST be returned via Canada Posts/USPS. Packages shipped by UPS will be refused.
2.)Once the item arrives at our location we will carefully inspect and test the item,
attempting to replicate any problems reported by the Customer. Any tampering or damage not
present when the item was originally shipped out will be noted.
3.)For items found to be defective:
- Items return postmarked within 7 days of original delivery can either have a refund for
the original purchase price issued, or have the item repaired/replaced (depending on
availability) at the buyers choice.
- Items returned after 7 days but within 30 days will have their item repaired/replaced
(depending on availability). If the item cannot be repaired, and a suitable replacement
cannot be offered, a refund for the original purchase price will be issued.
4.)For items not found to be defective, a refund for the original purchase price, less
original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee, will be issued. Alternatively, the
Customer may choose to have the item returned to them at their expense.
5.)For Items found to have been tampered with or damaged (either by the customer or during
return shipping) at our sole discretion:
- The item may be returned to the Customer at their expense.
- A refund may be issued, less original shipping cost and the cost of any repairs required
to the item.
- For cases of obvious tampering (i.e. swapping of parts, fraud), law enforcement may
become involved.
6.)Used/Untested Batteries are NOT covered by this policy, and are not warrantied.
7.)Accessories and Peripherals are NOT covered by this policy, unless specifically listed
as "Warrantied" in the item description.
